Welcome to the inaugural Ipswich/STARS Anaesthetics conference. It promises to be a restful break, away from the daily grind. Spicers Hiddenvale, a luxury country getaway, will provide the picturesque setting for a weekend of educational and thought-provoking presentations, practical hands-on workshops and interesting case discussions.
Indulge yourself in the sumptuous cuisines of the onsite aware-winning restaurants. Enjoy the outdoor fresh air and adventures exploring world class trails on foot or bike, unwind at the poolside with a book or simply enjoying the endless views over the valley. Day 1: Friday 25th August 2023
Check-in from 2pm to enjoy the country surroundings before some conferencing from 3pm-5pm. Tonight enjoy a 3-course welcome dinner at Homage Restaurant in the private Rosewood dining room at 7pm. Delegates wishing to dine with their families or colleagues at a bespoke time in the main restaurant are welcome to book their own table reservation
Day 2: Saturday 26th August 2023
Breakfast is included this morning for all guests followed by a full day of conferencing including workshops and guest speakers
Before dinner there is an optional wine tasting session.
Tonight enjoy a Gala Dinner in 'The Barn' with an included 3-course dinner
Day 3: Sunday 27th August 2023
For early risers, we recommend exploring some of the many local trails across the Hiddenvale property. Hiddenvale is a dedicated wildlife corridor so keep an eye out, especially for Koalas!
This morning breakfast is once again included for all guests at Homage Restaurant followed by a half day of conferencing finishing late morning

Valley View Room
Named after the expansive and spectacular views that await you from your private verandah, the Valley View Rooms are tastefully furnished, subtly reflecting the historical aspects of the property. Please note some rooms feature a shared entrance with fireplace. Can be set up as king or single configuration
